Imagine a people group, having little to no exposure to the Word of God, being shown a film in their heart language about the life of Jesus Christ, taken straight from the Book of Luke. This can be achieved through funding a new language translation of "JESUS," the most translated film in history.
This new translation will enable the gospel on film to be taken to another unreached people group. Through this new tool, the message of hope and salvation will be taken to men, women and children lost and living in spiritual darkness. The new translation that our group is providing will bring the light of Christ to the hearts and souls of many thousands, even tens of thousands, in the years ahead. As each member gives, we move further toward the goal of enabling the gospel to go to more people in the language they most understand—the language they learned at their mother’s knee. Because each one of us is doing our part, it will make a difference. And, through this new translation, lives will be touched and hearts transformed now and for eternity!
Today, more than half the world has still not heard the gospel, and half of those cannot read or write and remain lost without Christ. To date, there are 865 "people groups" (people who share a common heart language) of 50,000 speakers or more without a "JESUS" film translation in their own dialect. National church leaders and ministry partners are eagerly awaiting the gospel on film—the "tool of choice"—to reach their people for Christ.
